Job Title: Overnight Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Overnight Superintendent for an 8-week project at the Clarksburg VA Medical Hospital. The role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, which includes installing ICRA barriers, maintaining negative air pressure within the construction site, and replacing dialysis sanitary lines running from ICU rooms. Additionally, the project involves drywall demolition and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
• Review the scope of work and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain ICRA barriers and negative air pressure within the construction site.
• Replace dialysis sanitary lines running from ICU rooms.
• Perform drywall demolition and repair.
• Discuss the progress of work during meetings.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a superintendent in construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software, including typing RFIs and emailing subcontractors/clients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience with ICRA is strongly preferred.
• Any additional certifications are a bonus but not required.

Work Environment

Work will be performed overnight inside the Clarksburg VA Medical Hospital. A project manager will provide oversight, and a lead superintendent will guide the project, but the Overnight Superintendent will lead the day-to-day operations. This role is part of a growing SDVOB company that is expanding its work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.07/hr.
