Pharmacy Manager/Director
Description
Develop and execute clinical strategies to support the mission of improving access to pharmacy care and health outcomes in underserved communities.
Oversee the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, CMS and standards of care.
Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to integrate clinical operations with overall organizational goals.
Serve as the primary clinical advisor to the executive team and advisory board.
Patient Care and Quality:
Establish and maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices for chronic disease management, medication adherence, and mental health services.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, using data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telehealth standards.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor clinical staff, including pharmacists, telehealth providers, and support teams.
Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with hospital systems to deliver seamless care for their patients.
Foster partnerships with healthcare organizations, community programs, and government agencies to expand GreaterHealth’s reach and impact.
Represent GreaterHealth in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships to build credibility and visibility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $78.00
