Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Development/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong in engineering, project management, and product development, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry with aftermarket parts. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product development projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for project planning and tracking.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS Engineering
- 3-8 years experience
- Electrical Experience strongly preferred
- Product development/Project Management
- Automotive experience preferred
- Good communications skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
