Location : Greensboro, North Carolina
Key Responsibilities :
- 8 years of experience in technical project management, product development, or engineering program management.
- Strong understanding of engineering design, development lifecycles, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost estimation in large-scale projects.
- Develop, communicate, and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define engineering standards, work specifications, and performance benchmarks.
- Oversee design, prototyping, testing, production, and deployment of new products or systems
- Prior experience in technology-driven product development (Software, Hardware, IoT, Automotive, Telecom, Cloud, or Infrastructure projects).
- Knowledge of system integration, infrastructure, cloud technologies, or microservices-based architectures is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or other project management software.
