Program Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for the development of sales, estimating projects, and participating in the management of the business units’ overall goals.
• The Program Manager will actively participate in ongoing strategy meetings for build processes and techniques, equipment purchases, production layout and other growth-related decisions
• Participate in driving projects forward through all stages of the project management cycle to achieve the business units’ fiscal goals as well as delivering client satisfaction
• Research and develop sales potential with businesses
• Manage their own project management work, as well as oversee the Project Manager reporting to them
• Develop and use sales leads to grow the total revenue of the casework business unit
• Perform and lead others (PM/Engineer) in project estimates
• Work with Business Operation leader to finalize pricing structures to submit proposals
• Work with the Production Manager of the business unit to plan production activities
• Work closely with clients to clearly define goals, objectives and expectations
• Work with subcontract resources – visiting locations, expanding supplier and outsource options, and conducting quality checks

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in client facing project management within the store fixtures, millwork, casework, or building construction industry
• 2 years of management experience
• Estimating experience
• Ability to read architectural drawings for understanding of interior finishes and millwork needs
• Bluebeam and Microsoft skills, including intermediate level analysis in Excel
• Previous experience overseeing installation of materials
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00
