Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate proposals for new opportunities within our organization. This role involves engaging new customers, developing budgets and project plans, and ensuring project profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical engineering background and extensive experience in managing programs within the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposals for new opportunities
- Engage new customers that support the organization’s objectives
- Work with team members to develop budgets and plans for the projects and prepare necessary documentation
- Evaluate and assess project strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor projects to ensure profitability
- Monitor outputs to ensure customer needs are met
- Prioritize projects and activities when schedule or budget conflicts arise
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
- Work with the marketing team to improve strategies
Essential Skills

Work Environment
This role is based in Cranbury with a team of 30 people onsite. The position offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule, allowing you to work from home two days a week with the flexibility to choose the days. Ideally, you should be in the office on Wednesdays for the all-company team meeting. The work schedule follows a 9/80 format.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
