Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Program/Project Manager to oversee both infrastructure and application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technology initiatives, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technology projects, including infrastructure upgrades and application development initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in technology projects, with a focus on infrastructure and application development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
