Job Title: Project Architect (K-12 Projects)

Overview: We're searching for a talented and experienced Project Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative K-12 educational facilities. This role requires a creative mind and strong leadership to bring visionary designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects for K-12 schools from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs meet educational, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Present and communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in educational architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years' experience in K-12 educational projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and educational facility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong project management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00
