Job Title : Project EstimatorJob Description
We are looking to add a project estimator to the Grand Rapids Team. This person will oversee all aspects of the estimating steps and will manage the process to ensure the estimate is successfully reviewed, scoped, and completed on or before the due date. 95% of this firm's business is competitive bid, which means the estimator will be responsible for selecting subcontractors and material, making the process much more streamlined. Projects they will support specialize in retail and box store construction. The ideal candidate will come in with commercial construction knowledge.
