Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects by providing leadership, planning, and overall management. The role involves managing local Holland projects valued up to 20 million dollars, including multiuse buildings, schools, churches, and industrial projects. The Project Manager will work out of the Holland office and will drive to job sites once a week. They must understand scheduling software, be technology savvy, lead superintendents on the job, enforce safety protocols, and represent themselves professionally in front of project owners. Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring qualified subcontractors, managing budgets, schedules, and materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and overall management of construction projects.
- Manage local Holland projects up to 20 million dollars.
- Oversee multiuse buildings, schools, churches, and industrial projects.
- Drive to job sites once a week.
- Understand and use scheduling software.
- Lead and support superintendents on the job.
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Represent the company professionally in front of project owners.
- Hire qualified subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and materials.
Essential Skills
- 3 years experience as a Project Manager.
- 5 years construction experience.
- 3 years commercial experience.
- Experience in construction project management, OSHA, ground-up construction.
- Ability to manage budget, scope, and subcontractor hiring.
- Experience with city zoning, change orders, bidding projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software, construction estimates, construction estimating, construction budget, construction submittal, Procore.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 4-year degree.
- 5 years experience.
- Local to Holland.
- Experience with school, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

The office is located in downtown Holland and projects rarely exceed a 50-mile radius from this central location. The company values high character, integrity, and good moral values. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
