Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

A Quality Control Manager is needed at Pax River Naval Air Station. The role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, reviewing the scope of work, and upholding quality standards. Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will report on the progress of work in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction project.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Report on the progress of the project in meetings.

Essential Skills

• Quality control management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager certification (USACE QCM).
• Experience with EM-385 regulations.
• Previous federal construction experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications relevant to construction management.

Work Environment

Work will be performed on base at Pax River Naval Air Station, and the role is fully on-site. The company values work/life balance and offers growth opportunities. This position is available due to a joint venture with Belt Built (Crofton, MD) on several MACC programs procured by NAVFAC. There is significant growth potential as the company is continuously bidding and winning new projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
