Description
- Lead Quality Review Board process.
- Receive customer feedback and collaborate with other technical leads to investigate, understand, and resolve the issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, quality, and supplier quality to understand customer and product requirements, design intent, and manufacturing processes to develop root cause of failure.
- Create, maintain, and report key performance measures (KPIs).

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related required.
- 2 years of related quality engineering experience required.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Process Engineering experience is a plus.
- Refrigeration experience would be a plus.
- Strong problem solving and analytic capability/detail-oriented.
- Ability to assess product performance and develop root cause analysis and initial problem solving.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
