Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and follow institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), review and assess protocol for clarity and logistical feasibility, and ensure all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct. You will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator(s) while exercising excellent clinical judgment in patient monitoring and care. This role requires timely communication with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects, as well as performing protocol mandated visits and providing personalized lifestyle management counseling.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow institutional SOPs.
- Review and assess protocol (including amendments) for clarity and logistical feasibility.
- Ensure all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct.
- Work under the supervision of Principal Investigator(s) while exercising excellent clinical judgment in patient monitoring and care.
- Communicate timely with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects.
- Perform protocol mandated visits including providing personalized lifestyle management counseling, setting goals for patients based on their background, ethnicity, and/or economical needs and amending as needed per protocol guidelines.
- Provide helpful materials to assist patients in achieving their nutritional and physical activity goals.
- Attend remote, video-assisted protocol visits, review applicable study logs, collect AE/Concomitant Medication changes, and complete eSource.
- Perform patient diet and nutritional education, including the relationship between good eating habits.
- Schedule study visits with study participants within the protocol window.
- Prepare documentation ahead of appointments, ensuring study participant files and source documents are ready for their visit.
- Participate in and implement quality improvement projects.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position requiring availability in specific states. The work hours are: Florida (Bilingual) - 20 hours a week, Pennsylvania - 5 hours a week, North Carolina - 5 hours a week, Arizona (Bilingual) - 5 hours a week, and Massachusetts - 5 hours a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
