What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Grant/Contract Manager position at Actalent?
Description
- This person will be doing a mix of pre-award and post award responsibilities, will be covering both budget/contract and billing/invoicing tasks.
- This will include financial management, grant oversight and administrative coordination.
- They will be responsible for reconciling billing in Epic, Allocating charges correctly to sponsor or insurance, and reviewing clinic trial related charges.
- For Pre-award they will coordinate with research core and third party vendor (WCG) to work on budget and contract for new trials; reviewing the initial budget and contract, and submitting protocol amendments.
- They will also set up billing calendar in Encore.
Administrative functions include meeting with physicians to review grant balances and expenses; as well as processing checks and patient reimbursements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
