Job Title: Research Program Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Research Program Administrator to manage various program activities, including pre- and post-award processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to interface with executive leaders and work on special projects, providing a well-rounded experience early in your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee pre- and post-award processes for research programs.
• Perform data cleanup and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• Interface with executive leaders such as the VP of Research Operations, SVP, and Directors.
• Handle grants administration and program management tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in grants administration.
• Proficiency in research administration.
• Strong program management skills.
• Experience with data entry and data governance.
• Familiarity with Workday.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with pre- and post-award processes.
• Ability to work on special projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days required onsite. You will work closely with executive leaders and a team of research administrators. The contract is through January 2026 with potential for extension.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
