Job Title: Sample Prep Technician

Job Description

• Data entry of samples into the facility and computer database.
• Preparation of samples by grinding, drying, freezing, and blending.
• Weighing out smaller samples for testing in various labs.
• Utilizing a bar-code scanner to check in and locate samples.
• Cleaning equipment to decrease the risk of cross-contamination.
• Following quality systems documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Preparing solutions for daily testing of designated samples.

Qualifications

• Previous lab experience or degree within the life sciences preferred

Monday - Friday 4 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.28 - $22.32
