Job Title: Sample Registration Technician

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.

Shift

The shift will be Tuesday - Saturday. Will work 12:30pm - 9pm on Tuesday - Friday and 9am - 5:30pm on Saturday.

Job Description

• Input samples into the computer database.
• Weigh samples in their original form according to specific policies (approximately 15% of received samples).
• Perform data entry of client-specific requirements for testing (e.g., PO numbers, identification properties).
• Communicate with specific testing departments for clarification on required tests (e.g., vitamin testing, lipids testing).
• Adapt to new methods for processing sample loads as the group continuously learns and evolves.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.56
