Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level scheduler to support various NASA programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and extensive experience in project scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the program team.
- Ensure compliance with NASA and specific project requirements.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience.
- Background in manufacturing.
- Experience with full project lifecycle scheduling.
- Knowledge of EVM (Earned Value Management).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with NASA projects.
- Familiarity with P6 (Primavera).
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Huntsville, AL at the Teledyne Brown campus. There is no remote or hybrid flexibility. The typical work week is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with some flexibility in start and end hours. A 9/80 schedule is offered if preferred. You will report to a designated supervisor but work independently, interacting regularly with engineering and manufacturing teams. The role requires working in an office environment alongside the program team you will be supporting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.70 - $48.10/hr.
