Data Verification Specialist Job Description:

The data verification specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of technical data across various systems. This enables the team to make accurate conclusions of various late-stage process development experiments that support commercialization of biopharmaceuticals. The data verification specialist will support various organizations at our client and work cross-functionally to ensure that data is captured correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical data and compliance review to ensure accuracy of relevant development data generated to support late-stage and commercialization efforts of biopharmaceuticals.
• Acquire knowledge of all internal data governance and workflow and ensure data handling complies with internal policies.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve the efficiency of data verification workflows.
• Participate in internal audits in collaboration with quality team in maintaining compliance with internal data governance and verification workflow.
• Collaborate with various functional groups to support data compliance efforts.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree with relevant experience or an entry level bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Strong scientific background and experience in assessment of technical data and scientific information.
• Highly motivated, strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills
• Motivated – both individually and as a team member.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data management certifications .
• Experience working within biopharmaceutical industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
