Job Title: Senior Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Estimator with 10 years of commercial estimation experience to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating the costs of construction projects, including time, materials, labor, and equipment required for commercial jobs. You will work on a variety of projects, helping our company grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Calculate costs of construction projects, including time, materials, labor, and equipment.
• Perform draws, estimates, and determine the overall costs of new or existing construction projects.
• Utilize estimation and construction management software.
• Prepare and manage bids and change orders.
• Work with design-build methods and pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of commercial estimation experience.
• Experience with wood and metal framing, carpentry, and drywall.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management.
• Proficiency in estimation software and construction management tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of pricing and bidding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00

Potential to negotiate for a company vehicle

$600/month reimbursement for travel.
