Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for conducting a broad range of inspection, engineering, and supervisory tasks in support of in-house test, installation, start-up, and service/repair of industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
The primary role involves field work, focusing on mechanical and electrical checkout of odor control systems. Responsibilities include:
- Programming adjustments to PLCs and HMIs
- Servicing pumps, blowers, and other mechanical equipment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BS Degree in Engineering (preferred) or previous experience in the field
- Extensive travel (up to 70%) domestically and internationally
- The ability to direct and supervise contractors and/or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment
- The ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, on-site role with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong communication skills to assist companies with the install of new equipment
- The ability to produce and maintain detailed work records such as Test Plans, Project Plans, and Equipment Manuals
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
