Job Description
The primary role of the Industrial Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is to plan and lead key projects within the Agricultural Industrial market or multiple projects from inception through deployment. This role involves providing day-to-day management and oversight of project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, cost, and scope. Additionally, the Sr. PM is responsible for ensuring the success and profitability of projects, successful management of project financials including fee retention, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead key projects within the Agricultural Industrial market from inception through deployment.
- Provide day-to-day management and oversight of project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, cost, and scope.
- Ensure the success and profitability of projects.
- Manage project financials, including fee retention.
- Foster client satisfaction by building strong relationships.
- Lead by example and promote company initiatives.
- Guide and mentor project management staff to ensure their career development.
- Foster and build relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Champion company initiatives and manage large projects or multiple smaller projects.
- Understand scope changes and perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and track all project revisions.
- Develop skills to successfully manage projects.
Essential Skills
- 10 years of Industrial experience.
- 5 years of experience in the agricultural industrial construction market, including Bio Fuels and Oilseeds.
- Familiarity with a self-perform project environment and experience working in a unionized labor setting.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment policies and procedures.
- Experience with lump sum and cost of the work plus a fee environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Thorough and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
- Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision.
- On-the-job field experience.
- Capable of constructing a P6 critical path project schedule with logical critical paths, float, and durations.
- Proficient computer skills, including P6, Blue Beam, Acrobat, Excel, and Microsoft Office programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and trust with external partners, including owners, owner’s representatives, design firms, and subcontractors.
- Ability to deliver project gross.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
This includes insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. We also provide generous retirement plans, voluntary benefit plans, parental leave, substantial paid time off, and holiday pay.

This is a hybrid position in Saint Paul,MN.
