Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control tests on raw materials and product samples, ensuring timely testing and data recording, and issuing certificates of analysis to customers. You will also coordinate responses to customer inquiries and plant management inquiries, support plant operations and customer quality and process efficiency programs, and investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and product samples per company quality control test methods
Ensure timely testing and data recording for all samples
Issue certificates of analysis to customers
Coordinate responses to customer inquiries and plant management inquiries
Support plant operations and customer quality and process efficiency programs
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced laboratory quality control specialist with a strong background in quality control principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in a related field such as chemistry, biology, or physics
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory quality control environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
