Description
- Project Manager / Estimator with experience in leading the delivery of infrastructure projects including the management of safety, superintendents, project / office engineers, the owner, and the public.
- The individual shall be responsible for leading all aspects of project planning including , but not limited to project scheduling, resource allocation, project finance administrations, insurances, safety , quality management and the development of value-engineering solutions. Effectively manage client service, relationships, and the expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
Prior to construction:
- The individual will be expected to interpret the bid documents to understand the project budget, plans/specifications, develop/analyze the project schedule, establish the owners office, set up the field office electronic files, buy out project and execute subcontracts/purchase orders, manage EEO goals and participation, manage shop drawings, develop value engineering solutions, and manage approval of the projectspecific health and safety plan (HASP) and permits, among other start-up activities.
During Construction:
- The individual will be expected to maintain project safety/security, manage correspondence and RFls with the Owner, manage CPM schedule updates/logic and document delays, identify/document/negotiate extra work, manage project account payables, manage field operations(coordinate with Superintendents), confirm proper cost coding, monitor costs and project total cost, manage long-lead material procurement, communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, the public and the owner, among other construction activities.
Post Construction:
- The individual will be expected to perform all project closeout activities including, but not limited to ,managing final payment from the owner, managing all final payments to subcontractors and suppliers, and closing out all administrative deliverables for an efficient, complete close-out.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will meet most, it not all of the below criteria. Proven experience in serving as Project Manager for projects at $20M Proven history controlling the safety culture on a project. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate complex engineering challenges/solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $250000.00/hr.
