About the Job:
This is a permanent, fully on-site position that involves collaboration with various teams and departments in a professional office setting. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their Quality Management System conforms to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage internal audits and process improvements initiatives
- Conduct annual Management Review Meetings
- Maintain Document Control Program
- Manage Internal Audit Program
- Responsible for QA Inspectors and QA specialists
- Investigate customer complaints and respond to customers
- Monitor APQPs and PPAPs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949)
- Internal audit skills
- Document control program management
- Training program management
- Leadership and communication skills
