Description
Quality Assurance Manager to be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with established standards as well as producing technical documentation.
Manages ISO 9001 program, produces, reviews, and edits technical documents, release notes, tutorials, user manuals, and quality processes and procedures
Audits corporate and project quality procedures for compliance with standards and quality processes
Analyses training procedures for projects to determine software requirements and training implementations.
Develops new technical user manuals, tutorials, and release notes for products and services
Reviews and updates quality management system documents, processes, and templates
Continuously learns new concepts and becomes recognized as an expert in certain domains.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of the CMMI model is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00
