Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong architectural project management and leadership skills to work with our in-house Healthcare team. This person will be as comfortable in a business-development and project-pursuit role, as they are leading a project design team. The position requires experience in all phases of architecture and the ability to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects. Must have a strong experience managing large and/or complex Healthcare project types including both shell and interior build out.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and standards.
- Engage in business development and project-pursuit activities.
- Collaborate with the project design team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage and direct the firm's resources to meet client goals.
- Oversee construction document preparation and construction management.
Essential Skills
- Experience in all phases of architecture.
- Experience in managing large and complex healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and construction document preparation.
- Experience in construction management.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with housing and multi-family construction projects.
- Proven relationship builder with the ability to manage a quality process.
Work Environment
The firm has approximately 90 employees. You will be leading the healthcare team, working closely with a dedicated group of professionals to deliver high-quality healthcare projects. The environment is collaborative and supportive, providing the resources needed to meet client goals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
