Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks in a dynamic production environment, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Setup, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment
- Prepare buffers/media according to established protocols
- Comply with GMP documents, SOPs, and MPs while maintaining a safe working environment
- Monitor and troubleshoot critical processes
- Collect samples from equipment and operate analytical equipment
- Implement effective sterilization and cleaning methods
- Maintain a tidy workspace
- Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE
- Document and report quality deviations as necessary
- Develop and revise documentation, SOPs, and MPs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of experience in manufacturing
