Job Overview:
As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our laboratory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring effective sterilization and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
- Safely cleaning and preparing used laboratory materials (e.g., culture tubes, waste).
- Washing, sterilizing, and getting labware ready for use based on our production schedule.
- Operating autoclaves in alignment with labware usage and specific client needs.
- Overseeing the disposal and replacement of plastic laboratory equipment.
- Mixing daily detergent and disinfectant solutions tailored to our equipment needs.
- Training and guiding fellow lab technicians in cleaning and sterilization processes.
- Assisting with general laundry tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and performing routine upkeep of autoclaves and other lab equipment.
- Logging kitchen equipment usage.
- Keeping our laboratory facilities tidy as assigned.
- Fulfilling any additional related tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
