Job Title: Stress Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Stress Analyst to perform FEM Static analysis of MAVIS Structure. This role involves providing insights to the design team on structural changes based on analysis results, and supporting the stress team with TTR/PDR products, DRDs, IPT meetings, and other documentation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform FEM Static analysis of MAVIS Structure
- Provide insight to the design team on structural changes based on analysis results
- Support the stress team with TTR/PDR products, DRDs, IPT meetings, and other documentation as needed
- Develop structures FEMs and perform FEM Static analysis of MAVIS Structure
- Support development and delivery of contract deliverables related to the design subsystems structure
- Provide monthly reports on the status of all items
Essential Skills
- Experience with structural and static analysis software
- Proficiency in finite element analysis
- 3-7 years of FEM static analysis experience on aerospace structures
- Stress analysis experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to support development and delivery of contract deliverables related to the design subsystems structure
- Experience in monthly reporting on the status of project items
Work Environment
The work environment includes a collaborative setting where you will engage with the design team and stress team regularly. The role requires proficiency in using advanced structural and static analysis software and finite element analysis tools. Regular meetings such as TTR/PDR, DRDs, and IPT meetings will be part of the workflow. The dress code is professional.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
