DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
• Conduct project job walks
• Prepare logistics plan and construction approaches
• Participate in the General Contractor proposal and interview process
• Conduct daily project walks
• Establish Site Safety Plans
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for subs and the construction team
• Monitor and prepare safety reports
• Provide site supervision and direction to extended construction and subcontractor team
• Identify, track, and manage subcontractors' scopes
• Allocate manpower and resources as required to meet schedule
• Interface with Building Inspectors for sign-off
• Identify potential project impacts and proposed solutions
• Prepare 2-wk Rolling Schedules
• Conduct weekly Subcontractor Meetings
• Attend and contribute to weekly OAC meetings
• Utilize construction experience to identify field issues and suggest potential alternates
• Review subcontractor and vendor drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specs
• Prepare, monitor, and update Master Schedule

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
