Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers. As an Order Entry representative, you will interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interface with B2B customers to provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with in-house Sales and Engineering departments.
• Maintain detailed records of order entries.
• Ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date in the ERP system.
• Manage purchase orders and customer service tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of experience with Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent.
• Superior data entry and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with order entry, data entry, and customer service.
• Familiarity with SAP preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in computer skills such as O365, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Capability to perform normal accounting functions including taxes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
