Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist onsite in Tempe, Arizona, you will be responsible for supporting all functions of recruiting for the company. This role involves recruiting for positions in various states and specialties, providing a great opportunity to develop recruitment skills across different functions of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting processes.
• Conduct interviews for various levels and specialties.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Represent the company professionally and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Create pipelines and network effectively, including cold calling.
• Adapt and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting.
• Interviewing experience, including for different levels and specialties.
• Strong sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills for creating pipelines and networking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in executive recruiting, program manager recruiting, and engineering recruiting is a bonus.
• Interviewing experience.
• Experience with reference calling.
• HR/Admin support experience.
• Strong tenure in previous roles.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual. The work environment is collaborative and family-like, with opportunities for work events and happy hours. You will be working with a Director of HR and a team with a total of 60 years of experience, offering significant growth and learning opportunities. Benefits include 11 paid holidays and 2 weeks of vacation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
