Our client is seeking a food scientist that is looking to get into a customer facing sales based role! The Technical Sales role at our client focuses on supporting customers and growing business by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Essential Functions: Understand company's products and provide technical support to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to advance customer projects. Handle customer requests through CRM and ensure orders are processed. Communicate proactively with customers via email and phone. Travel to customer sites for presentations and project pitches. Identify new business opportunities at industry events. Prepare various customer-specific documents.
