Job Opportunity: Superintendent for AI Hyperscale Data Center Campus
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the construction of a cutting-edge AI Hyperscale Data Center campus, valued at nearly $1 billion? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team and lead the charge in planning, overseeing, and executing all aspects of this monumental project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Oversight: Assist in the comprehensive planning and management of all project stages, from pre-construction to post-construction.
- Safety Management: Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Subcontractor Management: Supervise multiple Assistant Superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Implement and adjust project schedules, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure project goals are met.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to meet project-specific requirements and maintain high standards.
- Documentation: Ensure all on-site documentation, including drawings and logs, are updated and accurate.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide intentional leadership and mentorship to Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
- Client & Team Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 years of construction-related experience
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward-thinking
- Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam or equivalent)
- Ability to supervise multiple Assistant Superintendents and subcontractors
- Experience in mentoring and human development
- HSPD-12 security screening (Federal Work only)
Preferred:
- Two or four-year degree in a construction-related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current OSHA 30 certification
- Current CPR/First Aid training
- 12 years of field-related experience
Office & Travel:
- Must be willing to travel regularly

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
