About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) to join our award-winning team. Our caregivers make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by assisting them with daily activities, providing companionship, and enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside, including doctor's appointments and walks
- Provide personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, that clients cannot complete on their own
- Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
Requirements
- Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington, or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
