Requirements
Required Knowledge/Skills:
IT Engineer is to set-up and maintain the IT hardware and software installations
- Build and maintain the IT infrastructure for all areas
- Setting up accounts for company employees
- Install, test, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Computer deployment and support
- Monitoring company systems for availability and performance
- Diagnose and fix network faults
- Come up with IT solutions to solve problems
- Remain up to date with IT technology
- Ability to train employees
- Ability to interface and share information with the ACTIA Group
- Ability to comply with internal and ACTIA Group regulations
- Ability to comply with established health and safety rules
- Cooperate with different departments and personnel
- Create and maintain operational and user documentation
- Additional duties as required
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, wiring, virtualization and end user support
- Systems administration and security
- Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments
- Microsoft Office applications
- Build & maintain Databases
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Computer technologies specialist
- Securing production data in databases
- Backing and retrieving files.
- General knowledge on defending network in case of a cyberattack.
- General knowledge of manufacturing environment
