About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
As an HVAC Commercial Service Sales Rep, you will use your strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment to provide customized solutions to our clients. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients. In addition, you will use your sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, and meet and exceed sales targets. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license in good standing - willingness to travel in state
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with CRM software & MS Office Suite.
- Experience with project management
- Professional certifications
