Job Responsibilities
The BCBA Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and RBTs, mentoring staff, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing guidance to families. You will also manage a small caseload of clients and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure clinical excellence.
- Clinical Quality Training: Develop and implement clinical quality training programs to ensure our staff meets the highest standards.
- Client Care: Provide individualized treatment plans and deliver high-quality care to our clients.
