Job Description
- Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs in providing behavioral analysis services to children with ASD.
- Mentor and inspire team members to achieve their best work.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with families to ensure seamless transitions and progress monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and standards through regular training and education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BCBA certification with at least 3 years of experience after certification.
