As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Action Behavior Centers, you will provide individualized care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through case management, treatment planning, and family guidance. The role involves leading a team of Registered Behavior Technicians and ensuring clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative environment. - Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients
- Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
- Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living Action Behavior Centers' core values
- Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

- A competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 based on experience
