BCBA - Behavior Analyst
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Action Behavior Centers, I develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My role involves leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical quality in collaboration with the center's Operations Manager.
I provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum, complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools, collect data, and create individualized treatment plans for each child. I also provide 30 treatment hours per week for my clients, offer Family Guidance on a consistent basis, and lead and educate my dedicated team of RBTs.
Additionally, as a Clinical Director, I am responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the center, mentoring and inspiring my team of BCBAs and RBTs, and handling a client caseload of 3 patients.
