Job Summary
Action Behavior Centers is a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and treatment plans for our clients.
We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, and collaborating with families to ensure effective treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with ASD and their families, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients
- Provide family guidance on a consistent basis
- Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
