About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, mentoring and inspiring our team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), and handling a client caseload of 3 patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of RBTs, conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical quality in collaboration with the center's Operations Manager. You will also provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum, complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools, collect data, and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
Additionally, you will provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients, offer Family Guidance on a consistent basis, and lead and educate your dedicated team of RBTs. As a Clinical Director, you will also be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the center, mentoring and inspiring your team, and handling a client caseload of 3 patients.
