The Clinical Director at ABC oversees a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians, focusing on delivering high-quality individualized care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The role offers flexible onsite schedules with five different options, allowing for work-life balance. Additional benefits include student loan repayment, maternity/paternity awards of up to $3,000, health savings accounts for childcare, and access to professional development opportunities.
Our Clinical Directors maintain their expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by working with a limited caseload, ensuring they remain passionate about the field. Flexible Registered Behavior Technicians are also part of the team, providing support and breaks during administration time.
The center provides generous paid time off, including 29 paid days in the first year, as well as training for all BCBAs. A dedicated insurance management team removes administrative burdens, allowing staff to focus on delivering exceptional care.
We offer comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) retirement plans with company matching, health insurance coverage, and health savings accounts for tax-free benefits on childcare and medical expenses.
As a Clinical Director, you will be the clinical counterpart to our Operations Manager, helping lead the team and make key decisions about center operations. Your responsibilities will include leading clinical quality training and compliance, collecting data, creating individualized treatment plans, and assisting with intakes, discharges, and transition planning.
A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is essential for this role. At ABC, we provide opportunities for growth and professional development, both direct and creative.
Possible career paths include Quality Assurance positions, Clinical Training positions, or exploring other BCBA roles within the organization. Some centers may offer sign-on bonuses.
We accept and review applications on an ongoing basis. Positions are available in various locations, including Indian Trail, NC; Wood Dale, IL; Castle Rock, CO; Highlands Ranch, CO; Lone Tree, CO; Flower Mound, TX; College Station, TX; and The Woodlands, TX.
