We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer/ Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must possess an extensive background, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. In addition, a proven track record of 10 or more years in the Commercial and Land Development field is an absolute prerequisite. Applicants lacking this dual proficiency need not apply, as these qualifications are fundamental to the role's requirements. Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed plans, maps, and other engineering documents for civil engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to plan and design construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather data and measurements as required
- Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Provide support to other departments as necessary
Requirements:
- 10 years of Commercial and Residential Land Development experience
- 10 years of using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
