Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various computer systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
