Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration for all ABCD benefit plans, overseeing education, enrollment and timely updates to staff.
- Serve as an employee advocate with benefits vendors and leave of absence administrator to resolve issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection and sharing of data both internally and with benefit vendors.
Maintain accurate rates and materials in the Employee Self-Service portal and benefits staff page to assist employees in making informed benefits decisions.
