About the Role
Action for Boston Community Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Center Director. This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong background in administration, supervision, and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, including implementation of a developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive curriculum, recruitment planning, and accurate record keeping. They will also supervise and evaluate all center personnel, providing ongoing training and support to ensure the success of our program.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the early childhood program, including implementation of a developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive curriculum.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to maintain full enrollment and a waitlist.
- Ensure accurate and confidential record keeping required by licensing and governmental policies.
