About the Role
The Head Start Director Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Head Start program. This includes supervising staff, developing programs, and maintaining relationships with community partners.
Main Duties:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality services and programs for children and families.
- Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership/management and supervisory roles, preferably in Head Start settings.
